Very interesting conundrum. I suppose you have to check before you arrive in the city - otherwise you're left to wander the streets. Or perhaps when you've arrived and you find a computer...say in the hostel...you can search for another cafe that offers cheaper rates, and say, newer computers. Ahh! Very interesting conundrum.
