    Thanks for the shout-out, Ian! Getting people to stop leaving their trash on Everest would be a nice start.

    And with regards to airline food … when I’m flying overseas, I almost always use British Airways. They have a great special diet selection if you look online when you book your flight. I go for Asian Vegetarian–a nice mild curry and coriander seeds at the end. It’s pretty tasty.
