I too have had the deep honor of hearing Avraham Loewenthal speak about his passion for the Kabalah and the art it has inspired for him. To use his own words I would say is presence is "Awesome" - a pure light. He was able to make ancient divine concepts approachable and aplicable to us "average" modern travelers. I agree, his galary is a must see in Tsfat - I look forward to visiting it again!

Went on a birthright trip to israel early summer of 2008. i could not have been more happy that we visited his studio. Avraham was such an intense experience and it was like watching someone who had everything he could want and he just laid it all out for us. A very very interesting man and if you are ever in Tzfat, you have to go meet him and check out his studio because his work is good. In fact, the black/white work that he has of the letter hey is a pendant that i am wearing right now.
