I’ve walked on fire. It was amazing. I was quite surprised by it. This article is a nice overview of some of the things I learned and experienced when I did it.

Now it turns out that my brother-in-law, Trever Mcghee, hold two Guinness world records for fire walking. The second time he broke his own record.
