Obesity and other ailments are no match against Swami Ramdev.

Worried about diabetes? Having digestive disturbances? Diagnosed with a Musculoskeletal Disorder? Baba Ramdev has got the answer for literally whatever ails you: yoga.

All in all, Rajshri.com provides 48 videos on Youtube of Swami Ramdev’s Yoga, who I’ve decided to rename, “Crazy Yoga Guy.”

Along with the ailments previously mentioned, he covers asthma, heart disease, skin issues, and epilepsy.

He also has videos for lifestyle concerns like “physical elegance and well-being,” special circumstances like yoga during and after pregnancy, and even yoga specifically designed for each day of the week.

Here’s his video on how to deal effectively with obesity (don’t let his Om’ing at the beginning scare you):

He includes nutritional advice, like eating more greens (I can get on board with that). And he emphasizes different forms of pranayama breathwork, giving simple instructions on how to properly inhale and exhale.

I wish they hadn’t gone for the voice-over, considering he is quite a chatty bloke, but the video gives good information, and best of all, you don’t have to pay $25 for a guided CD.

Yes it works for every one. The key is duration of Anulom Vilom and Kapalbhati pranayam. It must be done at least 15 minutes each and 30 minutes for more serious disease like cancer etc. I’ve first hand experience. My father’s knee’s cartilage was gone and there was severe pain and some fluid was filled around knee. He got the fluid extracted by one doctor but it came again. He tried all type of medicine but no improvement. Then he turned to Ramdev pranayam yoga. He did every morning and evening for 1 hour for 9 months. After about 6 months he started seeing reduction in the fluid and now it’s completely gone and cartilage has come back. now he can walk without crutches. I think the Ramdev yoga is revolutionary and best thing is it’s all free with no side effect.

I think whatever he says has a meanting to it. All he is recommending us to be green and i think there is nothing wrong to be green and to use more natural remedies rather than following the path most of the people are leading to now-a-days.
