Very interesting too visiting the little factory house with all the gadgets and having the old man who owns/runs it explaining all those interesting facts to the children (and adults). I'm not normally a chocolate fan (vanilla, on the other hand...) but MY OH MY is it profoundly delicious. The best chocolate I've ever had was in Brazil- made by a Bahiana who took the beans right out of the cacao, mashed and mixed with brown cane sugar. Doesn't get much more raw than that.
