It was just the two of us and we had a lot to talk about. The heat wasn't so bad and he will turn it down if you feel you can't stand it but a big part of the treatment is to get the steam hut very very hot in order for the impurities in your body to be released and cleansed. I came out with my skin baby soft and a great sense of peace. I will definitely do this again when I go back and I highly recommend Lucio.I had a 3 hour Temazcal treatment with Lucio and it was amazing! I highly recommend it.
